To ensure a satisfactory virtual experience, speakers with slides must pre-record their presentations, which will be played on the day of the meeting. Pre-recording the presentations will eliminate any potential delays or errors on the day which could occur due to poor connectivity, personal delay, lack of availability, firewall or other issues. If you are presenting live without slides, you do not need to pre-record your presentation. Please advise Overcome if so.
